Worldspire Works
1. Overview
At Worldspire Works, we sell digital products, including STL files, printable terrain, campaigns and digital gaming tools, as well as physical hobby products.
Our refund and returns policy distinguishes between digital downloads and physical goods in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
2. Digital Products
Digital products are generally delivered electronically after successful payment.
Under EU consumer protection rules, customers normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal. However, this right may be lost once delivery of digital content begins, provided that the customer has:
- Expressly consented to delivery beginning before the withdrawal period expires.
- Acknowledged that this means losing the right of withdrawal.
- Received the legally required confirmation of that consent and acknowledgement.
Where these conditions have been met and delivery has begun, the customer cannot withdraw from the purchase merely because they have changed their mind.
If these conditions have not been met, statutory withdrawal rights remain applicable.
Defective Digital Products
If a digital product is defective, incomplete, corrupted or materially different from its description, please contact us.
We will assess the issue and, where appropriate, provide a corrected file, replacement download or another remedy in accordance with applicable consumer law.
Downloading a product does not remove your statutory rights concerning defective digital content.
3. Physical Products – Right of Withdrawal
Consumers purchasing physical goods online generally have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without providing a reason.
To exercise this right, you must notify Worldspire Works of your decision before the withdrawal period expires.
You then have a further 14 days to return the goods.
You may examine the products as you would in a physical shop. However, you may be responsible for any reduction in value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.
Statutory exceptions to the right of withdrawal may apply to certain products.
4. Returning Physical Products
Before returning an item, please contact Worldspire Works for return instructions.
Unless otherwise agreed or required by law, customers are responsible for the direct cost of returning goods when exercising their right of withdrawal.
Returns should be sent to the return address provided by Worldspire Works.
Please retain proof of shipment until your return has been processed.
5. Refunds
Where a valid statutory withdrawal applies, we will refund the relevant payments, including standard outbound delivery charges where required by law.
Additional delivery costs resulting from a customer’s choice of a more expensive delivery method are not refundable beyond the cost of our least expensive standard delivery option.
Refunds will be made without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we have been informed of the withdrawal. For physical goods, we may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods or the customer has provided evidence of having returned them, whichever occurs first.
Refunds will normally be made using the original payment method, without additional refund fees.
6. Defective or Incorrect Physical Products
If you receive a defective, damaged or incorrect product, please contact us with your order number and a description of the issue.
Where applicable, we will provide a remedy in accordance with your statutory consumer rights, which may include repair, replacement, a price reduction or a refund.
For consumer purchases governed by Danish law, the statutory complaint period is generally two years.
7. Sale and Discounted Products
Discounted and sale products are covered by the same applicable statutory consumer rights as regularly priced products.
