2. Products
Worldspire Works offers products for tabletop gaming and miniature hobby enthusiasts, including:
- Digital STL files for 3D printing.
- Digital campaigns, scenarios, PDF documents and gaming tools.
- Physical hobby products, accessories and supplies.
Product descriptions, file formats, prices and other relevant information are provided on the individual product pages.
Digital STL files are not physical products. Customers are responsible for having suitable equipment and software to use them.
3. Prices and Payment
All prices are displayed in the currency indicated on the website.
Applicable taxes and any delivery charges will be disclosed before the customer completes the purchase.
Payment is processed through the payment methods available at checkout.
An order confirmation will be sent to the email address provided by the customer.
4. Delivery of Digital Products
Digital products are normally made available electronically after successful payment, through a download link or the customer’s account.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that they have compatible software, sufficient storage capacity and suitable equipment.
If a purchased download is missing, inaccessible or defective, customers should contact Worldspire Works for assistance.
5. Delivery of Physical Products
Available delivery methods, shipping costs and estimated delivery times will be provided during checkout or before the purchase is completed.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information.
Any mandatory consumer rights relating to delivery delays, loss or damage during shipment remain unaffected.
6. Right of Withdrawal and Refunds
Consumers have statutory withdrawal rights under applicable consumer protection legislation.
For physical goods, the withdrawal period is generally 14 days from receipt.
For digital content supplied without a physical medium, the right of withdrawal may be lost once delivery begins, provided the customer has expressly consented to immediate delivery, acknowledged the resulting loss of withdrawal rights and received the required confirmation.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or restricts mandatory statutory consumer rights.
7. STL Files and Digital Model Licensing
7.1 Personal Use License
Unless explicitly stated otherwise, STL files and 3D models supplied by Worldspire Works are licensed for personal, non-commercial use only.
Purchasing or downloading a digital model grants the customer a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the model in accordance with these terms.
The customer does not acquire ownership of the intellectual property rights in the model.
7.2 Permitted Use
Customers may:
- Download and store purchased STL files for personal use.
- Produce physical 3D prints for their own private, non-commercial use.
- Resize or modify models for their own private, non-commercial use.
- Paint, assemble and use printed miniatures in tabletop games and personal hobby projects.
7.3 Prohibited Commercial Use
Without prior written authorization from Worldspire Works, customers may not:
- Sell physical 3D prints manufactured from Worldspire Works models.
- Manufacture Worldspire Works models commercially or provide paid printing services using them.
- Sell, share, upload, redistribute or commercially distribute the original STL files.
- Sell or distribute modified digital versions of the models.
- Grant third parties commercial rights to use the models.
These restrictions apply to commercial use of both original and modified models, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
7.4 Commercial Licenses
Commercial use requires a separate written agreement with Worldspire Works.
Customers interested in selling printed miniatures or using Worldspire Works models commercially should contact:
Commercial authorization is not granted automatically through the purchase of a standard STL file.
7.5 Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in Worldspire Works’ original designs remain with Worldspire Works.
Where third-party intellectual property is incorporated or licensed, the relevant rights remain with their respective owners.
These terms do not restrict uses that cannot lawfully be prohibited under applicable legislation.
8. Digital Campaigns, PDFs and Gaming Tools
Unless otherwise specified, purchased digital campaigns, PDF documents and gaming tools are supplied for personal, non-commercial use.
Customers may not reproduce, redistribute, resell or commercially exploit the digital content without permission, except where permitted by applicable law or an expressly stated license.
9. Defective Products and Statutory Rights
Customers retain all mandatory legal rights relating to defective goods and digital content.
For consumer purchases governed by Danish law, physical goods are generally covered by a two-year statutory complaint period.
Remedies may include repair, replacement, price reduction or refund, depending on the circumstances and applicable law.
Customers should contact Worldspire Works with their order number and a description of the problem.
10. Limitation of Liability
Worldspire Works does not guarantee that every STL file will print successfully with every printer, resin, filament, slicer or set of printing parameters.
However, this does not exclude responsibility for products that fail to meet their description or applicable legal requirements.
Nothing in these terms limits liability or consumer rights where such limitation is prohibited by law.
11. Changes to These Terms
Worldspire Works may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time.
The terms applicable to an order are generally those presented to the customer when the order was placed, subject to mandatory law.
12. Governing Law and Disputes
These terms are governed by Danish law, without depriving consumers residing in other countries of mandatory protections applicable to them.
Customers are encouraged to contact Worldspire Works first to seek an amicable resolution of any dispute.
Information about applicable consumer complaint and dispute resolution options will be provided where legally required.
